Ashwini has completed a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences from Macquarie University and also a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Hons) from the University of Newcastle. She has worked with a range of children in both the non-profit disability sector and also in private practice. With this experience, she has gained the understanding that for the best speech therapy sessions, it is vital a speech pathologist must be empathetic to a family’s needs.
She has gained experience in a variety of settings including the Cerebral Palsy Alliance and also has provided volunteer services for social skills programs. She has worked with a range of children including those with different disorders and disabilities such as stuttering, articulation problems, developmental delays, autism, social skills deficits, selective mutism, Down Syndrome and rare genetic conditions.
She believes in continuously developing her professional skills. Ashwini is a Member of Speech Pathology Australia and is Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. She has recently attended workshops including:

In Ashwini’s spare time, she likes to explore new places and restaurants with friends. She also enjoys taking time out to go to the gym and listen to a range of musicians.
